I was the dealership for a routine oil and filter change service, an appointment that typically takes 45 minutes to an hour. Unfortunately, during my last visit, the service extended to nearly 2.5 hours. This prolonged wait is concerning, as it exceeded the expected timeframe and inconvenienced my schedule. Swift attention to service efficiency would greatly enhance the overall customer experience.
