Shannon is the best!!! He always answers all of my questions, and never makes me feel stupid. I feel like he takes great care of my car and I don’t have to worry about anything, because he will handle everything. He is a huge asset to your dealership!!

The gentleman who checked me in was so very nice. Then, Shannon took the time to talk to me about my vehicle and what needed to be done. I purchased the 5-service deal, and I liked that I didn’t feel pressured to do any of the suggested work. I’ll do that at my next service appointment. Shannon went to the trouble of having my vehicle washed for me. How wonderful to receive it back looking so clean and beautiful!
Finally, Gerry in the cashier’s office was absolutely lovely when I paid my bill. What a pleasant experIence from start to finish!
