I will not be coming back for service. I paid to get my tires rotated and only the passenger side tires were rotated, not the drivers side. I painted different color nail polish on my tires before I went so I can tell. When I asked why the drivers side was not rotated, I was told it didn’t need to be. I guess because I’m a female the tech thinks I wouldn’t know any better. Also the service manager was trying to say I need new tires. My car has 25000 miles and the average lifespan of tires is 50,000 miles. When I told him this, his response was that he sees this a lot with the tires on the rav4. He told me to complain to Toyota about the tires. I will be contacting Toyota. I had hoped that Faulkner would be a trustworthy place to service my car. I will be finding somewhere else to service my car.
