Great job. A concern of mine was investigated, an update was provided, effort was made to ensure that all of my free services were used before they expired, and the service was completed in a timely manner while I sat comfortably watching Tiny House in the lobby. What else could a customer reasonably ask for?

The intake service employee was very considerate. At age 84 with health problems, I have to be careful. When I signed the consent tablet, he provided me with hand sanitizer and said he would have the inside of the car sanitized after it was serviced. How very thoughtful. Very impressed by his professionalism.
