Very friendly service when I called to schedule. When I dropped my vehicle off, the gentleman at the desk that checked me in was professional but not very friendly. When I picked up my vehicle, a different gentleman at the desk was very friendly and helpful. I had to wait for my ride and I decided to wait in the front area with sales staff. Not one staff approached me or asked me if I needed anything. It would have been the best time to show me the cars in the showroom. I have an older Toyota. Missed opportunity by sales staff. They were in workspace talking amongst one another. I absolutely love my Toyota and will upgrade with another Toyota. I am just not 100% sold on the customer service at this location. Thank you.
