The guys at the dealership were very helpful and welcoming even though I'd accidentally made an appointment at the South Bend location they still fit me into the schedule. They did a great job with the oil change but we had some miscommunication about the services offered. Because we had purchased our vehicle here we had a free oil change and they asked me if I wanted to do tire rotation. I said yes because they said it was recommended and there was no mention of any additional costs even though I made it clear I was there for the free oil change service. I thought it was part of the service offered since they did not say it wasn't and did not tell me beforehand what the cost was. We had just had our tires rotated by Belle Tire last month so I would have said no if I'd known it was $40 I wasn't expecting to pay that day. I just lost my job and money is very tight right now. The service member joked that I had a deer in the headlights look when he told me the final cost.

Today's service writer was rude and incompetent. I have both of our vehicles that only get serviced by you for 2 years now and not knowing that my Rav is a fleet vertical that's service plan is covered under Wheels is beyond me. Attitude, just do better. Performance, couldn't write down my next appointment for my wife's 300s on a card. This guy generally seemed disgusted with my presence after being told that my Rav was a for vertical. A person in SERVICE.
