I was treated with courtesy and professionalism my Justin and others that I dealt with at the company, which I appreciate. Specifically,Justin told me exactly what they did and what they could not do. While I wish that I had known about the bumper and fender problem before I purchased the car, I assume that Toyota Of Warsaw believed the problem had been corrected. I consider the problem to be entirely on me as I did not explicitly ask about any repairs that were done after Toyota Of Warsaw had purchased the vehicle. Again, Justin was a true professional and I appreciate his integrity and clarity. He is a true professional. We do enjoy driving the Venza and appreciate its safety features.
