Jesse did an amazing job!!! on the other hand Jovanni Sedano promised my car by 1-1:30, keep in mind I dropped off my car at 10:45 am and I ended up getting my car back at 4:30 which was ridiculous amount of time to wait. And was also recommending work that my car doesn’t even need!!
But Jesse came through by making sure I got my car as quick as possible
I was never informed by Jovanni that I could get a loaner or get a ride to the shopping center, and had to walk for the misinformation
Later I was informed properly by Jesse.. again my respects for Jesse for going above and beyond for an unhappy annoyed irritated customer who waited almost 6hrs to get her car back!!

Advisor advised me on getting 36k mile service even though my car is only at 26k miles! Then when I picked up my car he said I needed new tires and that my car needs tires every 10k miles. I’m extremely upset and after over 10 years I don’t think I will be returning.
