I was informed that it was required for my car to undergo a set of services at 15,000 miles, and that at 20,000 miles, there would be another set of services at a higher cost. When I returned back to the dealership, my car sat in the service section for 45 minutes before I was assisted and signed out. When I went to pay, I asked whether the services were required or merely recommended, and the staff member disclosed that they were only recommended. I expressed that if I had known this, I would have only opted for the oil change, but he did not respond. Overall, my experience was far from ideal.
