Waiting for an oil change and it took almost 2 hours before getting up on the rack alone, 3 hour wait for a simple oil job when told it would be an hour to an hour and a half at most, greatly impacts ones workday and leaves a very unsatisfied costumer when paying over twice the rate at that.

It would have been nice if someone took the time to explain the outcome of the inspection completed on my car with regard to “seeping ball
joints?” Instead, my car was returned to me after my oil change and I had to ask about it. Bryan’s response was “oil is starting to seep out but we can take care of it next time. When asked if it was covered by my extended warranty, he said it should be. With that said, can someone please let me know the true extent of problem and if its covered by my warranty. Thanks.

The service dept had no one to greet us was totally unorganized and on the rude side. I understand that there is a remodel going on, however this was obviously not the first day. Then when I went across the street for the waiting room, there was absolutely no a/c. Yet the front sale area was much cooler as they had several fans around. I mentioned not as I left and was told “that’s the way it is”. When I returned to pick up my vehicle it was basically the same attitude as when I dropped off. I had to go looking for someone to find my service person who was not Robert but Scott
Definitely not worth the hour drive to be treated so poorly. At this point I’m sorry I leased this vehicle. Also I’m having a couple of other issues with the vehicle but was told I’d need to make another appointment to review them.
I’ll be looking for a different dealership to take it to in the future and it will not be owner by keys
