I called the service dept to schedule an appt and I requested David, the lady said he’s on vacation 9/25 so he scheduled me with “Robert”. Weh. I came 9/25, it was Scott who helped me (which is fine, cause Scott is very nice too) but I saw David there . So was he on vacation or the rep is lying to me? She could just said he’s fully booked. I rather understand that than lying to me :) next time pls be mindful on what they say. But Scott is very very nice !
