I have already talked to a Lexus Representative about the entire matter of how I was not satisfied with the way that Lexus of Valencia conducted their business with me. They were extremely unprofessional and not helpful. My service representative in particular was terrible at communication. I was never able to reach him and he would not call me back for days. When we did speak on the phone it was always rushed and he admitted a couple of times that he did not know the information that he was talking about. I will never come to the Lexus dealership ever again. This is the closest dealership to me but I would rather go to a Toyota or drive 30+ miles to go to another dealership.
