Bryan has been my service advisor for nearly 20 years. He’s been fair and honest about what my Lexus needs and priorities in service. I’ve since moved to Kingman, Arizona but still have my car serviced at Lexus of Valencia because of Bryan. I give him an 11 on a 1-10 scale.
Side note - what’s up with the IKEA furniture in the service office? The minimalistic look is unbecoming of Lexus. It looks very cheap and not Lexus standard of excellence.
