I was stressed because the window wouldn't go up on a Sunday, I didn't know what to do and I text our salesman, Uri for advice, he answered even on the weekend. I decided to go in right when they opened and as soon as I walked in they had me pull my car in. I waited in the lobby Esther took a look and they kept me in the loop at every step. They ended up having to order a part and set me up with a rental. Everyone was great and I even got my car back earlier than expected!
