Would still like to have paper printouts of the multi point inspection, too. Instead of needing to print at home.

Calling your appointment service desk to get an oil change, the woman servicing me on the line said that my vehicle was being recalled for windshield wiper malfunction and the part would need to be ordered. I needed to wait a week. When I arrived for my appointment, the story had been changed. No recall was on the books. Scott made sure that my windshield wipers were fixed for free. I forgot to ask if the ordered part was indeed installed in my vehicle as indicated by the service representative on the phone.
