Scott is the best. I have bought Toyotas ( last one was a Lexus RX 350). since 1998 and have always serviced my cars at Carlson Toyota. due to Scott. I first me him in 1998 when I bought my first Toyota. I totally trust him with my cars. He will tell me whether I need to fix something right away or if I can wait. I always request him when I bring my car in.. He is truly an asset to Carlson Toyota!!!!!!

I called in and made an appointment. I had two issues I was looking to remedy. 1. The anti collision icon kept coming on and was very intermittent. Very annoying. 2. The left read tire kept loosing air. I was told it would be about an hour to an hour and a half. That was all I asked to have checked out, just those two items. 3 hours later I was told the car was completed and I could take it home. Along the was I was told in “just a few minutes” it’ll be ready to go. After 45 minute more of waiting I finally was able to take the car and go home. Neither of the problems were fixed. And I agreed to reschedule another appointment to resolve some of the problems. Then I paid $100. To cover the cost of diagnosis with nothing resolved. I don’t mind paying for diagnostics if the problems are resolved. But I left not really having anything resolved. I do have a list of diagnostic results that need to be addressed, but I didn’t come wanting an entire list of future problems to resolve, I just wanted the two issues addressed. So I waited patiently for 3 hours and left with nothing “for sure” solving the problems. I was thankful I didn’t get charged for 3 hours of diagnosis.

My oil change appointment was at 12:30 pm. I arrived 10 minutes early. It took 1.5 hours before it went into service for the oil change. It took a combined two hours from the time I drove in to the time I left. The people are great at Carlson but scheduling for simple work needs improvement.

Your service dept (Craig) we’re outstanding! I have been waiting since May for the second key to my Toyota crown. After calling twice, I was instructed to wait until I received a letter telling me to bring my car in to get the new key fob. I received it, I called your dealership and made an appointment, and brought my car in only to find out that there was no inventory or stock of this particular key.I live 44 miles one way from your dealership, but fortunately I had other errands so I made the best of the situation.
