I am satisfied with the process from checking in to the communication during the service. It is a nice feature to get a text regarding something additional needed such as an engine air filter. I do like getting a written inspection sheet at the end to show me at what level my vehicle is rated, such as brakes and tires. I am a visual person and I like seeing results. I did not get that this time. My disappointment is that when checking in I specifically asked if my car would be washed and I was told yes. As I went out to my car after the service I knew immediately my car was not washed.
