When I scheduled the appointment I asked for some touch up paint on a few spots that had chipped paint. Nothing was done. They also didn’t bring the car through the car wash to clean it up. Poor service

Everyone I talked to face to face was really friendly and professional. Took a little longer than anticipated for my appointment, (scheduled at 12:15, was in the bay for check in on time) vehicle didn’t begin getting serviced until roughly 1pm, not a huge deal, I understand things happen and can cause a delay) biggest issue I had was motor oil on the drivers armrest and oily handprints on the hood of the vehicle. I understand there’s goofing to be oil around when getting an oil change. But on the sleeve of my clothes and the hood of the vehicle is the wrong spot. Again, not a super big deal, overall it was a fine experience. Probably nothing you can do about delays when something comes up, but maybe tell the techs to take their gloves off before closing the hood and getting in the car.

I believe I was charged an EXTREMELY overpriced component price for the rear hatch struts that were installed!! Double the price they should've been. I will never go back to this dealer again. I should've known better!

There was so type of communication issue between two computer systems: original Quote was that 2 out of 3 repairs were covered under warranty. Bill comes out originally for $544 and change, contacted Scott left VM, he immediately found out the issue and corrected it to just the one issue. Very grateful for him getting to it immediately as we had a LOT of stuff to do this weekend. We’ve purchased a lot of vehicles at Carlson and also a lot of repairs so his dedication we have is coming back again!
