What happened to a service person coming out with filter showing the customer why they need it changed . You REALLY expect me to say yes to a text that says I need a $1000.00 more in services ???
I may have been more receptive if a live person came out to the waiting area and explained everything . I ended up going to two people to help me with the text . By the time I was sent to third person I just wanted out of there.
From 2012 I bought my car from you and for 11 years I’ve been bring it here
to be serviced .
Your new customer service policy is NOT customer friendly.
It a new way to add income to the service department.
Shame on you !

If I prebought an oil change package, Why is it up to the customer to remember. Why wouldn't that be saved on my profile and show up automatically? Not very customer friendly decision.
