First my name is Mona, it took over an hour for them to start on my vehicle, it is worse than the doctor’s office. I got there at 5 minutes to 2:00 and they started working on my car at 3:00 and were done by 3:20, so they should have told me to come in at 3:00 and I could have driven right into the bay where they worked on it, and I could have stayed at work until I needed to actually be there!!!!! I get very annoyed wasting my time waiting when it is possible to get it done in 20 minutes!

Two of my tire valve stem covers were missing.

Contact was informative, timely and made sure I didn’t have any questions or concerns

Good communicator, which is a big deal.

Hadto return to get glove box fixed as it won’t close after service appointment. Return appointment completed - determined the cabin air filter was not placed properly.

They moved items in our vechicle and couldn't find them right away. We thought they were stolen from our truck. Called Carlson Toyota 3 times and didn't hear back which they said they would call with the information what happen to our missing items. Talked to Christian and Sam with no luck. Finally my husband found them in the glove box, why the grove box?? The 4th time I called I ask to speak to Christian and Scott B. took the call; I don't think Christian wanted to talk to me, since I called 3 times. When I talked to Scott he said he would look into it and he did, I believe he was the one who told me the last person who saw them they were on the passenger seat. Why didn't anyone say anything when I called and call me back, that is not away to do business. We have going to Carlson since 2002! Once my husband found them I called back and told Scott B. and he was glad I called him they were found. Scott called me back and apologized for the issue we had, told Scott that no one should move our items, and if they do put them back where you found them. He said he would talk to management! Also my husband said at Carlson they were very unfriendly, Carlson was never like that before! The only friendly one there is Scott B. in service. He is THE BEST! So as customers we what to treated with respect!

Josh did a fine job but being quoted $4000 for a repair on my 42000 mile 4 runner is shocking and ridiculous so I will find some other repair resource.
