Brandon was very friendly and helpful. He was a clear communicator with his explanations so I did not have many questions, but the couple questions that I had, he was knowledgeable and able to answer my questions for my clarification. When I threw a slight curveball with a question about a warranty related to my battery, Brandon promptly brought another employee over to assist us and offer his knowledge. I truly appreciate when employees are willing to seek guidance when needed and to confirm what they are telling me. That is not always what occurs in service situations and often leads to more confusion and wasted time for the customer when employees attempt to handle situations that they may not be trained in or should confirm with a senior employee before moving forward. Not only did Brandon take initiative to seek out a senior employee to confirm what we were discussing, he also included me in the discussions so I wasn’t left out of the conversations regarding the situation with my car.
