John was great. Very helpful with helping me understand the work that needed to get done. Unrelated to his support I was disappointed to learn that the multipoint inspections that I get like clockwork every time I get work done on my car never indicated the need for replacing brake pads. As a result I needed to also have my rotors replaced. This feels like a really easy fix on Honda service center responsibility to be more transparent with customers.

Well, it’s been a couple years since I’ve had service and was very disappointed to find out that a %3 charge is now included with CC payment. That is usually included with the mom and pops stand alone stores. How can such a big Co. justify that payment? It’s not the extra dollar amount but the principle. I will never come back for service and I will share my experience with all my friends. Poor business decision.
