Victor was incredible! He actually informed me that my tire could be patched instead of having to buy a new tire and saved me $200. This increased the trust that I have for Honda of Oakland as Victor could have let me move forward with the more expensive option. He was honest, hospitable and had my car ready on time!

This has been a terrible experience with Honda of Oakland. I have not received a single call about status of my car. I’ve called in 5 times over 2 days to be on hold and transferred to leave voice mail with zero call back. We missed our kids practice today because we do not have the car back. I’ve spoken to a representative who has stated the service advisor, manager have receive emails to call me and yet I have no call and now I’m leaving tomorrow and my kids do not have a car for school. I don’t know what more to say here. Zero communication
