The first thing Aaron asked me was are we having any issues with our 2022 MDX. I told him that the car does not recognize our key fob seat settings lately. It used to automatically adjust. The auto shut-off has not worked for a long time. He said let’s check that battery. It failed the test. He had it replaced. Now the seats automatically adjust & the auto-interrupt works again. He also helped me with a seatbelt issue. He demonstrated how to get the belt that should retract back into the roof. I came in to have the transfer case fluid changed and left very happy that my car functions great now!

The car does start properly. The engine turns over for an extended period before it starts. 5 seconds of cranking is too long and not typical of this car or any car I have owned that was functioning properly. Please call me at ****-****-xxxx.
