The vehicle runs nice, but it didn’t have any heat when we picked it up, so I thought that was something that you guys over looked

Went in for an oil change on Tuesday and did not get my car back until Thursday and $3,000 later. Kevin did not give me a single update on Wednesday despite me calling and texting. The Leta for Life is a joke. The car is a money pit. Even little things like unlimited car washes for life are not made easy for customers. The promoted state of art self service car wash has been waiting on a part from AmerenUE for years.

1.We were never told we did not have a spare tire. When we discovered this, it cost over $500 for one. We tried to use the $500 card you sent and were told it expired January 1. We’ve always had Leta service our vehicle.Now I’m not so sure we’ll be back. We were thinking of upgrading with a new vehicle from Leta. Now we aren’t so sure about that either. So disappointed.
