Very helpful came out to my car to explain what buttons I accidentally had pushed on and how to get them off. I will have to say when I bought a car from you guys 2-3 years ago same kind I was not impressed with service they were not very professional they must have got new service manager whatever they did it’s better because you are now more comparable to Mungenast Acura’s service the only thing I don’t like is when you pull in and asked to stay in your car and 8 minutes later I’m still there because I was working and I needed to get inside to get on my computer while getting my oil changed so I finally told the girl I’m going in I have to get on my computer for work. There was only one car in front of me and it was empty that person was already inside so I figured it wouldn’t be that long. But after that everything was great and everyone was friendly ????

Around 6 months ago I was having issues with my MDX starting. Seemed like a battery issue. After testing and failing the battery it was replaced. Still under 50k warranty. However, that did not fix my issue. Brought it in today and after testing they failed the new battery. However since I was over the 50k miles I was charged $375 for a new battery. They said the battery was not under warranty since it was past 50k miles albiet it was only around 6 months old. The solution was to lock my car and keep the keys a distance from the car. So basically a design flaw from Acura? makes no sense. Your warrenties are misleading and not worth the paper they are written on. I got burned on a windshield coverage also. I'm a life long Honda guy. Not sure what happened to your dedication to quality and service.
