Michael provided me with a great experience. I came in for a battery but had an axel seal replaced too. Michael cited the battery which was installed at Frank Leta “Honda” should be covered under warranty. I’m sure it created more work for him but the concern for customers he demonstrates serves to build trust in your dealership. It’s unusual that I can’t find a ride to or from the dealership for regular maintenance but my wife was out of town and Michael arranged a shuttle for me. It absolutely made my day! Jim
