Cust service did not seem knowledgeable. I didn’t get clear answers to my questions I don’t think the use of only texting my car was ready is efficient. My phone went dead so I asked when it would be ready after waiting 2 1/2 hours for oil change and break fluid. 2 1/2 hours is much too long.
