Encountered an expensive repair on my Honda Element. Even though the car has 200,000 miles on it, it has been well maintained by Frank Leta Honda. I went ahead and had to repair done and was satisfied that Tyler recommended the best course of action. He has been most helpful in all of the services that I’ve had on this Honda Element and my wife’s Honda Element . No one wants to pay a lot for car repair but when you do it knowing that it is necessary, you’re satisfied with the result.

My first service for this vehicle, so I did not expect any major problems and none were found. Was told it would take an hour and that is exactly what it took. Easy visit on my part. Mike from the loyalty program introduced himself and explained the program. I was already aware having purchased this vehicle that way. However, I had not met Mike and appreciated being reminded of the program.

Was in for a recall. Danielle seemed overloaded. I saw my car outside with no text- wonder how long it was there before I asked someone. Still a wait when I asked. Always lauded your service dept but today was not very satisfying.
