During my service, I was provided a written inspection stating that my vehicle’s battery had been checked and was in good condition. Shortly after, my vehicle would not start. When I brought this to the dealership’s attention, they admitted that the battery had not actually been checked, despite the paperwork claiming otherwise.
To make matters worse, the manager refused to come speak with me directly about the issue. I was offered a replacement battery but was told I would need to pay for the warranty, even though I feel that given the deception and inconvenience, the warranty should have been provided complimentary as a gesture of good faith. I was also told that the “warranty place was closed,” and there was nothing they could do.
This experience has left me feeling misled and undervalued as a Honda customer. I expect honesty and accountability from your service centers, and I hope Honda will address this situation appropriately.

Waiting room/ show room chairs need to be upgraded. They look a bit worn. This was my first experience waiting for my service to be completed. The environment with people standing around was annoying. Would like to see more vehicles in show room and not so many cubicles against the windows…. Show the products not the work spaces!!!
