Kimberly is a pleasure to work with. I never feel as if she is rushing me. If she doesn’t know an answer she gets one for me. I hadn’t made an appointment this time due to the holiday and she worked with me and got the car in serviced and I was on my way much sooner than I anticipated. That’s caring for a long time customer and one of the main reasons I continue to come back.

I am not pleased with the detail, the inside of my car up front was not wiped down at all, my trunk wasn't vacuumed and my windshield was not wiped down. How if I have the best detail you guys have but the detail was absolutely horrible !

Told me my car would be fixed Friday afternoon. Friday at the end of the day was told it would be done Saturday morning. Saturday afternoon went to pick it up and the service writer with big hoops in his ears was a complete jerk. We called abs so we were coming to get it. When we got there he said he would have it done in 2 hours. We had to leave. He told the service manager to deal with us because he didn’t have “Effin time for this ****”. Traded my Honda in at bommarito and they were so nice, turns out you can beat a Leta. Leaving a bad review on google, previously was 5 stars.
