Everyone was super nice and attentive. I was told roughly 40 minutes but it took 2 and a half hours. I would have definitely gone home and come back and I note upfront. Even if it took a little over an hour would’ve been fine.

Katie Layton and Randy Gibson performed very well. They were knowledgeable, friendly and professional. The part that didn’t work so well was the start/stop fix. I brought the Pilot in May or June but for some reason the car reacted the same as before, meaning the engine shut off but did not restart automatically. I had to initiate the start routine in order to get moving again. So when I took my car in to have this fixed I was told that the service department did not have the part and would have to order it. So looks like I’ll be bringing in the car a third time to fix this problem. Obviously not ideal.

Paid over $500 to have brakes done and was told some equipment/brake blade in your shop was broken and that “everything should be fine but if your car shimmies on highway bring it back in and we can shave (something) down” made me nervous but I need my vehicle and I paid fir service that seems like it wasn’t done correctly. I’ll just hope nothing happens I guess. Because idk what was meant by telling me this. I’m not a mechanic.
