I don’t understand why the side door to the service area waiting room was locked. Multiple customers pulled on it from outside and customers who were sitting down inside got up to let them in, almost every time.

I had an 8:15 appointment for an oil change. They checked me in at 8:21. I was told an hour. I waited in the waiting area. They weren’t done with my car until 11:55. 3.5 hours for an oil change.
