I had warranty work done on my seat. My service advisor texted me that the car was ready but left for lunch before coming to get me to show me the work. When I left I noticed that the problem was not fixed. Not sure if the padding under the seat was changed. Finally when I purchased the car I was told I would have loaners for life if the service were to take over one hour. This took two hours and we knew the length of time before the service started. No car was offered. However a customer that came in after me got a loaner. Why?!?!?

I reported a vibration in the steering wheel that gets worse at higher speeds. I asked that they find the source and was committed to having any necessary repairs done. When I asked about it when checking out my service provider said it’s probably a wheel bearing or steering component. Which is frustrating. I was at a well respected Honda dealership, where should I go for an authoritative diagnosis if not you? I also asked them to see why my drivers side front wheel has lost air pressure since the day we bought it, through two sets of tires. They apparently didn’t even consider it. Very disappointing. I’m disabled and old enough that trips like this are much more of an inconvenience than they used to be. I messaged before my appointment about these issues knowing they would require some extra time and attention.
In their defense. They were so busy had they gotten into the weeds on my car they would have had a line out into the street. Your personnel were unfailingly competent and very welcoming and pleasant. I don’t think this was their fault, I think keeping the conveyor belt moving was the only way to avoid a pileup.
I did get clarification on a recall issue and a safety inspection. Both important to resolve. However. I paid $12.00. I don’t understand how you can even drive a car through the bay for that money. I plan to contact my state representative to inform him that as a consumer, this legislated price point affects consumers negatively. Who works for free? Service suppliers when they do a state inspection. The paperwork probably eats that up. And it’s not fair to demand the same price for, well, many years?
In summary, you have a great operation there. My specific issues were time demanding and not well suited for that format, which is perfectly fine for most customers. I believe my specific circumstances just made it a bad fit and I fell through the crack.
In closing, I actually left with a great impression of your business, especially your people, even though you were unable to address a couple of my issues. I get it. I was adding up the overhead as I looked around.
I do have a request of you. Is there a private shop I can trust with my CRV? I think I need a person who has the time to find the issue, maybe drive the car, etc. I’m obviously not a mechanic but I’m also knowledgeable enough that I won’t ignore a vibration until something falls off. Any lead would be appreciated.

Great location and service overall. However, I sat next to the popcorn machine and I have to say it was rather dirty. I wouldn’t eat anything that came out of it. I know first hand that those things are a pain to clean but it needs to be done regularly.
