Tyler was great, so please know that he was not at fault for the time crunch to work me in yesterday. We had a miscommunication between sales and service on a missing license plate bracket, so I will need to come back as the part was not in house. I was at the dealership for more than an hour and I had to leave for a required meeting before any work could be done on my van. Please assure Tyler that I appreciated his attempt to help me with not prior awareness of what was expected.

Well the oil change service went great and James was very helpful! He gave us a quote on Bridgestone tires and we have called and left a message to ask what Bridgestone tire the quote was on and also sent a text and still no response! Don’t like being told that there is no walk in service for an oil change and that I need to make an appointment. I don’t always know in advance when I can get in for an oil change. May have to look for other options going forward.

I drove 600 miles for the appointment that they couldn’t find but they worked me in and completed the repair. I was there for 6 hours but the atmosphere with refreshment’s and TV definitely helped.
