TOTALLY happy with Tim, and with the job the technician did on our 2021 CR-V... the poor guy did the entire job only to find out the replacement seal had a leak... so he had to do the entire job again...OMG... and he did great! We were so happy, we brought a dozen doughnuts for the tech, and a dozen for Tim, and also for Tyler. Finally, we love how honest and forthcoming you all have been with us... very different from what we got from Hyundai when we fell victim to their famous engine recall... thank you all SO much!

Zero communication took 3 days of calling to be told my vehicle was ready. I’ve had a loaner 2 plus weeks at this point and had to move my life from one car to another 3 times now and it’s still not right. Plus it’s a 5month old brand new vehicle, my time is worth something and this has been nothing but a headache….the communication the first week was also inconsistent and constantly back tracked, only to be back 4 days later with the problem still present. Super disappointing from the service the the communication, I’m exhausted.

This has been a frustrating and disappointing process. There has not been substantial follow up. Communication between departments seems to be lacking. Much of this frustration could’ve been eliminated had the work been properly done before receipt of the automobile? And, I have yet to receive my vehicle back.
