The representative was good. She did her job. Where I am struggling is a diagnostic charge. I had an engine noise. It was diagnosed as the oil was low. The oil change clearly fixed that. This is the second car I have purchased and had serviced almost exclusively at Leta O’Fallon. To charge $179 for what was probably less than five minutes of thinking seems like something that could have just been a n/c. Maybe I expect too much. I don’t know.

I was disappointed in the amount of time it took for the service and the lack of communication . I chose to wait for my car and was told it would take between 1 1/2 hour and 2 hours. I got the multi- inspection service included with my service pass and Tyler recommended two other maintenance things (at an additional charge). It took over 2 hours and what was more frustrating was that I saw my car driven out of the garage and parked outside, yet Tyler never came to the waiting room to inform me. I saw Tyler walk into a room (not sure it it’s an employee room or whatever) and walk back out and still he didn’t get me. I felt like he had forgotten about me. I got the multi inspection text over an hour ago and no more communication . I finally went into the office area and Tyler was working with a gentleman. I stood there until he saw me and he told me to go back to the waiting room and he’d get me in 2 minutes. This was over the 2 hour mark and I wasn't going back to the waiting room to be dismissed and forgotten about. I understand if things take longer then expected but there was no communication and then when my car was clearly done, there was no urgency getting me on my way.
