I notice that there are more young ladies in the service department and I have experienced service issues, however I was most pleased with Ms Young. I was disappointed with the fact that it took 2 and a half hours to replace a battery , and that this is the 4th battery that I’ve had for this Odyssey is 6 and a half years. If Honda can’t make a battery that last over 2 years they should get in a different business. And if it is not the battery but a problem with the engine, Frank Leta Honda should have found the problem since they have done all the battery replacements.
