I had a 10am appointment to get the oil changed and there was a recall on the vehicle. This was suppose to take a little longer than 2 hours all together but it wound up taking 3 hours which made me feel like I was waiting for my mechanic to take a lunch break. No one came to me to explain why it was taking so long and the woman who checked me in was nowhere to be found.

The only thing I would suggest is when you are putting the hitch in the back of the CRV I would wrap it It watch sliding back and forth in the little plastic been next to the spare tire. Beautiful job on the hitch. Will that affect moving your foot under the bumper to open the hatch? It wasn’t working so well for me.
