Suauna was AMAZING. I dealt with her the past two days for my two cars and I will always request her and I will tell people to request her. The manager Kevin did not call me today as promised and when I asked to speak to him he sent Shauna instead and then did not call to follow up as promised. My tires were rated on two days very differently by two different service teams
Last oil change in the summer I ordered a new side mirror. It was NEVER ordered and finally Shauna got it done. We have consistent issues with getting call backs from the manager and have many issues with getting answers to questions from service management.
