My radio was not working- needed a code. My clock was not correct off by multiple hours. The car which I used for driving to my work then my house and back whem it took over 24 hours to get car finished amd over $3000 of work - I was charged for under a gallon of gas - @$6 but no one told me - I found out later through an email bill - without any way to pay - not driving back - since it apparently costs me a gallon of gas. So frustrated.

Wanted tires rotated but they could not get lug off… Frank Leta did rotation last time but I believe they put on lug on crooked and now they want to charge us $230.00 to fix!!! Not happy about that!!

They didn’t realize I had paid for my oil changes in advance so I had to wait for him to redo the invoice. Then I asked if my tires had been rotated and nobody seemed to know. The tech was at lunch so he had to find someone else and asked him. The paint has already peeled off a door handle and I had to replace it and now my driver’s side mirror is flaking so I had to order that and I still have another door handle that has to be replaced. I called the financial department about my personal taxes and nobody called me back. I will never purchase another Honda. My car has 48,000 miles on it.
