I’ve always been pleased with the service I’ve received and trusted any suggestions your business recommended I needed for my car. Never anything out of line or exorbitant. However today it was overwhelming. While I was in your waiting room I was texted with so things I should do to my car totaling over $3000. This was unbelievable leaving me with doubts as to whether these were legitimate recommendations or a hustle. I was not happy. I declined everything which left me wondering what if anything was needed for my car.

I brought my Pilot in for routine maintenance, unfortunately, there were some issues discovered that were quite costly, after those were repaired there was another rare issue and a part had to be ordered.
