Was great! I have been with your dealership since 2011. Purchased 2025 HRV this fall. Purchased tires for CRV and rotation was always free. Disappointed that rotation is not free on new HRV because “tires are factory and not purchased at dealership”.

They recommended $3100 of work be done on my car. Most notably, they said my timing belt was slipping. My car has 80k miles and I’ve not had ONE indication or symptom that my timing belt was slipping. I don’t believe for a second it is. Your recommendation is fraud. Unless my “go to” repair shop confirms your diagnosis, I will NEVER bring my car to you again. I had a very poor experience.
I recently moved from Ed Napelton to Frank Leta due to distance.
After the service completion, the vehicle was given back without even placing the sticker with next service details.
Yesterday (2 weeks after oil change), an alert came in dash to maintain soon. The. I called Frank Leta. I was asked to come back as they forgot to reset.
The technical questions were not answered on phone clearly and they asked my phone number for a call back, but no one called back.
Very much disappointed. I hope the management will take a closer look at it.
