Was there the day you experienced a total power outage due to a construction mishap. I was provided with a rental car, at no charge to me, and it seemed the entire crew on duty went into hyperdrive to ensure all of not only my needs were met, but that of everyone there. I had an appointment for 7:45 AM with a desire for my car to be finished by 3:00 PM and when I came to pick up my car at 4:00 pm it was not finished and no one had called to tell me that it had not been completed. I was told it would take 30 minutes and was waiting in the lobby. More than an hour later I received a phone call asking if I could pick my car up before closing- the message had not been relayed that I was waiting. I get calls and texts about lots of other things and feel communication about this service could have been much better.
