We live about an hour and a half away and we’re in for a recall. The Service crew was actually and honestly the best I’ve ever had dealings with. And I did service for Ford and Chevrolet. I strives for excellence when I was in the business, but this center has it perfected.

Your dealership and service were excellent. But disappoint is with Acura or Honda overall. I have spent the last 45- t50 years buying almost all Honda products but I won’t be able to buy another Acura after this 2010 MDX went south on me after 160k. My 04 MDX had some issues as well and I ending up selling it for scrap. I have been through 2 vehicles and my wife is still driving her 2001 Honda Accord with 390k. She vows to never get rid of it and I agree with her but clearly something is different in the product I am purchasing and the vehicle she has. Not sure what I will purchase next but all I can say is, it won’t be an Acura.

I had an appointment at 10:30 am. I was told that doing the diagnostic would take approximately one hour. It was over two hours before anyone got back to me regarding what the diagnostic showed.
