I appreciated that Brad took care of my RDX and identified all of the service needs along with scheduling the fuel pump recall work. Brad also provided me with a loaner vehicle while my vehicle was being serviced. The cost for all of the work accomplished was very fare.

My car was dropped off with a check engine light at my work. I had to drive it back to get it looked at again for tomorrow. Also it took 2 and half hours when I was I was told it would take 1 hour because they ordered the wrong part. This has cost me extra time away from work that I should not have had to do and it is frustrating beyond belief.

Service in Springfield Acura was excellent. Not pleased they did not have my appointment as it was scheduled by phone. Apparently a centralized appointment system set appointment but did not let them know. Courteously Springfield Acura resolved the issue Andrew Horton was excellent to work with.
