I came in with your post card coupon for a 58.88 full synthetic oil change plus Miri-point inspection. The Service Advisor and Manager both pointed to the fine print that said Supras, and 0W-16, and 0W-20 was $20 more. They eventually honored the price because I was going to leave to another shop. I feel your tactics are a typical “bait and switch” and lacking in integrity. All of your vehicles, Corollas, Camrys, Avalons, RAV4, Highlanders, Sequoias, Tacomas and Tundras all take either 0W-16 or 0W-20 synthetic oil. I am going to post this information and a 1-star review on all of the social media sites I can because this kind of treatment is awful.

Stephanie Santiago was a pleasure to work with. She made the process so easy and painless. She had open communication the entire time and was so friendly. I came in to get some items worked on and she checked with my warranty company to make sure everything was covered. She even offered me a complimentary vehicle to use while the team waited on parts to be shipped before they can work on the car. She treated me like family.
