Within a month after I bought my Rav 4, I started receiving e-mail telling me that my car needed a change of oil and service because the car has a 5000 mile requirement or 6 monthsI. I kept on receiving the same e-mail, so I called Service and told the service person about the e-mails and that I just bought the Rav 4 within one month, had less than. 5000 miles or 6 months, so please send the emails. The service person told me that I had to bring in my car to fix the email. Carrera checked his computer, came back and said to bring my caring after 6 months. That's what happened.
