5 star performance for Richie Mesa. Not satisfactory with David Wilso getting rid of the 2 way service and washing the cars. Most car washes have waste water and recycling hastens. The owner has of the dealership is responsible for the lower rating.

The service on my vehicle was amazing. I really enjoyed going through John.
The service from the salesmen who wouldn’t show me a vehicle without doing a credit check was poor and unpleasant. Is my new 2024, $30K, hybrid Corolla sitting in their parking lot not enough for them to treat me decently?
Another sales representative asked me what my age was and told me I look under 21 (I’m 24) and from the Midwest in a highfalutin tone. He then spoke negatively about my wife’s vehicle because it wasn’t a Toyota.
I’ll find a different Toyota dealership to shop at.
