My car had been detailed and cleaned on 1/6/2025.
I bring my car in for a service at South Coast Toyota on 1/7/2025.
I wait for an excessive amount of time outside after service told me my car was ready -in the high wind.
My car is finally returned with the rear left side passenger window as well as the driver side window completely down. Debris from the wind had blown throughout my interior - leaves, dust, dirt, etc.
I took an hour to wipe down the seats, instrument cluster, dash not to mention vacuum the carpet and mat when I returned home. I would not go to the trouble to write this, but you folks should be more mindful and considerate of your customers vehicles!
This is unacceptable.

After purchasing a maintenance package, I was unaware of the services rendered at each point. While I came in for a tire rotation, I was also due for an oil change per the southcoast Toyota sticker on my windshield indicating at 36,000 miles. Instead, the sticker got changed to 40,000 miles after tire rotation.. And my receipt said I declined oil changing services, when I did not.i asked why I can’t get an oil change when I am due for one. Instead, it was to address an alert on the vehicle to check the tires.
